สรุปการฝึกอบรม Third Country Training Program



การฝึกอบรม Third Country Training on Control Strategy and Mitigation Measures of Acid Deposition ระหว่างวันที่ 14 มกราคม - 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2551 ณ ศูนย์วิจัยและฝึกอบรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม

นายสุพัฒน์ หวังวงศ์วัฒนา อธิบดีกรมควบคุมมลพิษ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดและปิดการฝึกอบรมประเทศที่สาม (The Third Country Training Programme) ในหลักสูตร Control Strategy and Mitigation Measures of Acid Deposition ซึ่งจัดขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 14 มกราคม - 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2551 ณ ศูนย์วิจัยและฝึกอบรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม จังหวัดปทุมธานี การจัดฝึกอบรมนี้เป็นโครงการความร่วมมือร่วมกันระหว่าง กรมควบคุมมลพิษ และกรมส่งเสริมคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยการสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณจากกรมวิเทศสหการและ Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) โดยมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก JICA อาจารย์ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ในประเทศ ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในการฝึกอบรมฯ ดังกล่าว

เป้าหมายของการฝึกอบรมฯ นี้ เพื่อฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่จากประเทศสมาชิกในเครือข่ายการตกสะสมของกรดใน ภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกจำนวน 10 ประเทศ ได้แก่ จีน กัมพูชา อินโดนีเซีย ลาว มาเลเซีย มองโกเลีย พม่า ฟิลิปปินส์ เวียดนาม และไทย ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและตระหนักในปัญหาการตกสะสมของสารกรดในบรรยากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมทั้งเพื่อพัฒนาขีดความสามารถและทักษะในการประเมินความเหมาะสมในการควบคุม และบรรเทาปัญหาดังกล่าวในระดับภูมิภาค การฝึกอบรมฯ ได้สำเร็จลุล่วงไปได้ด้วยดี โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 22 คน โดยมีรายละเอียดหัวข้อของการฝึกอบรม ดังนี้
