Noise Standard การตรวจวัดระดับเสียง
  1. Maximum Level not Exceed 115 dBA
  2. A-weighted Equivalent Continuous Sound Level (Leq) 8 hours should not exceed 75 dBA
  3. A-weighted Equivalent Continuous Sound Level (Leq) 24 hours should not exceed 70 dBA
  1. การตรวจวัดค่าระดับเสียงสูงสุด ให้ใช้มาตรระดับเสียงตรวจวัดระดับเป็นค่า SPL( Sound Pressure Level ) ในขณะระเบิดหิน
  2. การตรวจวัดค่าระดับเสียงเฉลี่ย 8 ชั่งโมง ให้ใช้มาตรวัดระดับเสียงตรวจวัดระดับเสียงอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา 8 ชั่วโมง ที่มีการโม่ บด และย่อยหิน
  3. การตรวจวัดค่าระดับเสียงเฉลี่ย 24 ชั่วโมง ให้ใช้มาตรระดับเสียงตรวจวัดระดับเสียงอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา 24 ชั่วโมงใด ๆ
  4. การตั้งไมโครโฟนของมาตรระดับเสียงให้ตั้งในบริเวณขอบของเขตประทานบัตรหรือเขตประกอบการ หรือขอบด้านนอกของเขตกันชน (Buffer Zone) และในเขตที่มีการร้องเรียน ตามวิธีการที่องค์การระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยมาตรฐาน (International Organization for Standardization) กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดตามที่กำหนดไว้ในภาคผนวก 1 ท้ายประกาศนี้

วิธีการตรวจวัดความสั่นสะเทือนจากการทำเหมืองหิน
การติดตั้งวิธีการตรวจวัดสั่นสะเทือน
1.การติดตั้งหัววัดความสั่นสะเทือน บนพื้นดินให้ใช้อุปกรณ์หรือวัสดุอื่นใดมาทำการยึดหรือติดตั้งหัววัดความสั่นสะเทือนให้มั่นคง โดยต้องทำให้หัววัดความสั่นสะเทือนไม่สามารถขยับเคลื่อนไหวจากตำแหน่งที่ติดตั้ง ในขณะที่ทำการตรวจวัดได้
2.การติดตั้งหัววัดความสั่นสะเทือน บนฐานคอนกรีตด้านนอกสิ่งก่อสร้างให้ทำการตรวจวัดที่บริเวณคอนกรีตที่อยู่ระดับเดียวกับพื้นดิน หรือฐานคอนกรีต ที่มีความสูงจากพื้นดินไม่เกิน 0.5 เมตร โดยให้ทำการยึดหรือติดตั้งหัววัดความสั่นสะเทือนให้มั่นคง

Motor Boats Noise Standard
StandardTesting Method
100 decibels at 0.5 meters from the boat's exhaust pipe *

* Conduct the test twice and use the highest standard measured. If the difference is higher than 2 decibels, perform the test again.		Diesel engines: accelerate until the engine reaches its highest rounds per minute.
Benzene engine: accelerated to 3/4 of the maximum rounds.

Vehicles Noise Standard

* A car used in ways, while it stays still and its engine is running without sound of horn.		Diesel VehicleAccelerate until the engine reaches maximum speed.
Gasoline VehicleMeasuring while parkin the car at no load by acceleration the engine to 3/4 of maximum rpm. (rounds per minute)
Remark:
  • The place
    1) The place which is flat, made from concrete or asphalt or materials which have a quality of good echo, and open with the distance around the car for more than 10 meters shall be measured at 7.5 meters or 0.5 meter apart form the car.
    2) The place as in (1) except the distance of open space around the car is more than 3 meters but less than 10 meters, shall be measured at 0.5 meter apart form the car.
  • The sound shall be measured twice, and the maximum value shall be deemed the sound level of the car. If the sound level of the car measured differs from each other for more than 2 decibel A, the sound level of the car shall be measured again.

Motorcycle Noise Standard
Standard*Testing Method
Not exceeding 95decibels A (dbA) measured at 0.5 meter
* A car used in ways, while it stays still and its engine is running without sound of horn.
  • The engine shall be accelerated to be at three-fourths of the maximum rounds if the engine has the maximum rounds of not more than 5,000 rounds per minute. or
  • The engine shall be accelerated to be at one-half of the maximum rounds if the engine has the maximum rounds of more than 5,000 rounds per minute.
Remark:
  • The place which is flat, made from concrete or asphalt or materials which have a quality of good echo, and open with the distance around the car for more than 10 meters shall be measured at 3 meters apart form the car.
  • The sound shall be measured twice, and the maximum value shall be deemed the sound level of the car. If the sound level of the car measured differs from each other for more than 2 decibel A, the sound level of the car shall be measured again.

ค่ามาตรฐานระดับเสียงการตรวจวัดระดับเสียงพื้นฐานและระดับเสียงขณะมีการรบกวน
ระดับความแตกต่างของระดับเสียง ขณะมีการรบกวนกับระดับเสียงพื้นฐาน(L90) เกิน 10 เดซิเบลเอ
  1. กรณีที่เสียงรบกวนเกิดขึ้นต่อเนื่อง 1 ชม.ขึ้นไป ให้วัดเป็นค่าระดับเสียงเฉลี่ย 1 ชม.(L eq 1 hr)
  2. กรณีที่เสียงรบกวนเกิดขึ้นต่อเนื่องไม่ถึง 1 ชม. ให้วัดระดับเสียงตามเวลาที่เกิดขึ้นจริง
  3. กรณีที่เสียงรบกวนเกิดขึ้นไม่ต่อเนื่อง มากกว่าหนึ่งช่วงเวลา และช่วงเวลาไม่ถึง 1 ชม. ให้วัดระดับเสียงทุกช่วงเวลาใน1 ชม.
  4. กรณีบริเวณที่ตรวจวัดเสียงรบกวนเป็นพื้นที่ที่ต้องการความเงียบสงบ เช่น โรงพยาบาล โรงเรียน และ/หรือ เกิดในช่วงเวลา 22.00-06.00 น. ให้ตรวจวัดเป็นค่าระดับเสียงเฉลี่ย 5 นาที (L eq 5 min) และบวกเพิ่ม 3 เดซิเบลเอ
