		Make recommendations and provide advice to the head of department regarding public sector development in connection with the Office of Public Sector Development Commission (OPSD) approach , including redesign/restructure the roles and responsibilities of department, budgetary system, personnel administration system, ethical standards and administrative procedures
		Monitor and assess the department in the implementation of public sector development and prepare reports for submission to OPSD;
		Create a common understanding, disseminate information, and organize training, with particular focus on the paradigm shift required of senior management to facilitate public sector development;
		Undertake other duties as provided by law or as assigned.
